Curious to know how long it usually takes after product is delivered to the prep center for it to show as received on my end? Delivered on the 23rd and not showing received

Hi Jeffrey – Items typically leave the prep center within 3-5 business days from the date they are received excluding the date they arrive. If your items arrived on the 23rd the package would currently be in the “2 Days” time frame. You are well within the time for the items to ship. Keep checking the notifications. Thank you 🙂

@adam Thank you for the info…..Additionally, I tried to find the info myself with no luck.. What days is the prep center open to receive shipments?
