The item was bought and sent to the Prep center but Amazon is asking me to confirm shipment when an order was placed from my Amazon account

@elizabeth_fajemisin_285 Elizabeth – you have an issue that needs to be resolved. The item has been listed on your Amazon account as FBM (by you). The sale was made. Now amazon needs YOU to ship this item to the customer. They need YOU to purchase a shipping label and confirm the tracking information. FBA orders (for items sent to the Prep Center and then to Amazon) do not require this. This is not an issue with the Prep Center or Amazon FBA. It’s important you do this. If not, it’s going to negatively impact your Amazon account.

Hi Adam, I’m not getting a response for the above. The product supposed to come from the prep center to fulfill an Amazon order. Who should contact from the prep center?

Hi Elizabeth, Adam did answer you a week ago. You listed this as FBM not FBA by mistake. This means Amazon is asking you to ship the item to your customer. The prep center can’t help you with this. Call me on the support hotline if you still don’t understand.
