Hello IM community, I am glade this new platform. URGENT HELP NEEDED – Amazon IP Complaint Appeal Blocked
Hey everyone — I’m reaching out for help because my Amazon account was deactivated due to an IP complaint from a brand I sourced via retail (Target).

I’ve removed the listings

I sent multiple emails and seller messages to the brand owner asking for a retraction, but got no reply

I submitted a full Plan of Action with documentation

I also included proof of my coaching enrollment and business restructuring to private label + wholesale only
Amazon still denied reinstatement, citing the lack of a retraction from the brand.
❓Has anyone been reinstated WITHOUT a brand retraction?
If yes:

What exactly did you include in your appeal?

Did you add anything special (e.g., screenshots, videos, legal letters)?

How long did it take?

Hi Van – this is something you would work with your coach on. If you don’t have any coaching left you can scroll to the bottom of the “what’s next” tab and get some time scheduled with Preston. There would be no way to properly help you via the Social Feed as every situation is different and would require a ton of personalization. I’m more than confident that Preston can help you with this – he is an expert. If the help you need is truly urgent, purchase a session with Preston and get scheduled (if you don’t have sessions left). Thx so much.
