      I received a negative review about the package arriving too long to received;much longer than originally informed. It’s FBA.

      What steps can I take to handle it?

      • Shirley – if the item is fulfilled by Amazon they will automatically cancel out the negative review. There’s nothing you need to do. This is one of the many benefits of FBA.
