Hello, Community!
I’m having issues with two listed products.
Product #1. Was out of stock and I reorder, filled out the Prep Center form. I received the retailer confirmation that the item was delivered on May 1st but still shows as 0 stock and no shipping history on Amazon Central.
Product #2. I have all the checks mark I need from Amazon but still waiting for Prep Center Submission approval/check mark since Friday May 2nd.
Should I send another prep form for each product again? Any suggestions on what should I do?

Hi Yamia – if an order was delivered to the prep center on May 1, it can take 3-5 days for the items to leave the prep center (not including the day it arrived). Then it takes 3-6 days to get to amazon. Then they have to make it available. It can’t be at Amazon and available 3 business days after it arrives. For Product #2 you might want to relist.

Hey, I am trying to get a Brand Ungated. Still, there is no link to do so in Spyrivals, so I log in to Seller Central, go to Catalog > add products, and put in my ASIN, click enter, but then I am not seeing any link or anything to click to get that bullet point that tell you what documents and the amount of items that you need to have on an invoice to apply for a Brand Ungating. I don’t think that I made any mistake, but I surely would like someone to walk me through it, please, and thanks.
