Hello, I received an unpleasant reply from the prep center regarding no prep form. I replied to email I didn’t order what they were requesting payment for and that is why I didn’t complete a prep form. The below was the reply. Please advise how to handle. I do not wish to be charged $40 for something I didn’t place an order for and feel its unfair. Please direct me to the video that addresses what actions to take if prep center receives something you didn’t order? Thanks in advance

Willa – if the item in question is not yours then you don’t have anything to worry about. If there is no plan for the items you sent to the prep center, there is ad admin fee that is due.
