Hi Adam , I have a rejected submission in the prep store , i looked for a video on how to handle this but did not see one. maybe i missed it ‘ is there one? to watch ? thanks and can i submit an early question for Saturday

  Hi Joseph, What is the reason for the rejected? It can’t be sent to Amazon so you will need to email the prep center a prepaid shipping label to get your item returned to you or if gated then try to get approval again by relisting on Amazon and requesting approval. You will need to address the reason for rejection and then create a new prep form if possible.

    @melissacooper If the rejection reason was due to it being more than 30 days since the prep form was submitted, am I able to just create a new prep form or will I need to have the items returned to me? It took a while for the product to arrive from the supplier and a lesson has been learned!😕

  HI Melissa , i appreciate the reply but this is ‘ funny now i do not remember the issue i must have figured it out .I guess sometimes i am just up way to late working on stuff but thanks for helping out
