• Hello, IM Community. I’m currently facing an issue with a negative review related to the expiration date of my product. The claim made by the customer is not true — my product was not expired. Unfortunately, Amazon has declined to remove the review, even though it does not reflect the actual condition or quality of the product. I have previously opened multiple cases, had a phone conversation with a specialist, and initiated a chat, sending all products photos – but unfortunately, none of these efforts have resolved the issue. What else I need to do? Please help.

      • Hi Nargiza – unfortunately we can’t help you to remove the review. You can continue to appeal the amazon information and give them what they need however we don’t have an resources to override the amazon decision.
