Hello, I ordered and shipped the “wrong” product to the Prep Center. Can the Prep Center return the product in my behalf? The product concerned is a 7 oz bag of dog treats instead of a 10 oz bag.
The merchant cannot recall the product, but is willing to give a refund if the product is returned to them.

Edgar – if you have no plan, you need to pay a $40 admin fee and then return shipping. If you have a plan, you need to delete it or your items will be sent to amazon. Once you have paid the admin fee you can send a return shipping item. Thx

@adam Good morning, Adam. Thankfully , the merchant (Walgreens) cancelled the order on their own. I did not know the reason why-no email, no text telling me why.
