      I posed this question to customer service. I found a product on a retailer website and the same product is on Amazon. It’s hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like the retailer’s product is a little lighter in color. Can I list it? Customer Service answer was “do they have the same ASIN”. If the retailer doesn’t sell on Amazon, they wouldn’t have an ASIN. Am I correct? Customer service said to post to the community. Thanks.

        Customer Service? Do you mean live chat? FYI, live chat is for tech support and not support. For support you can post here or send an email to support@internetmastery.io – If you want to list an item on Amazon, the item that you are purchasing must be an exact match. If a customer buys something expecting a certain color – and what they get is different – that’s bad.
