I ran into an issue with walmart shipping. Apparently they had an issue delivering to the prep center last time. Can anyone let me know what the normal prep center business hours are so i can input the info on my delivery notes. TYIA

Hi Joseph – have you reviewed the prep center user guide? Details are covered there. The IM Prep center is closed on weekends and national holidays. Walmart will sometimes attempt weekend deliveries which is never good 🙂

They have a section at check out for special instructions, I always update it,BUT they tend to not look at it and will still deliver at the wrong times. I update it because it is their fault if the product is stolen 🙂
