I submitted forms for two different products to the prep center, on 6/12 and 6/18 respectively. On tracking these products, it shows that they were delivered on 6/16 and 6/23 to the prep center and a photo of the back door to the prep center is displayed with the products there. I am wondering why the prep center open submissions to date still show these items as not yet received. What’s my next course of action?
