I have a 3 pack of witch hazel that I sent in and want to send in a single. Problem is it is saying the single is HAZMAT and cant be sent into the prep center🤣

So why have I been selling 3 packs for the past few months-
@andihamilton_102170 IDK… and that’s sending to the prep center? I get the hazmat warning with the prep center often.

@adam It’s the prep center that won’t allow a single but will 3pack exactly same product

@andihamilton_102170 It’s not the prep center……the info comes directly from your Amazon. account…the ASINS are classified differently if one is HAZMAT and another isn’t.
