Hello- I am a newbie and I have a question on the 500 Prep credits I bought from the last live event, should I see the balance of those when I click on Purchase credits link? Where would I see the balance so that I can start buying products. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Click on the Prep Center AI tab, scroll down, and look to the right; it shows the credits used and remaining.

@Sheila Thanks for the response. Mine shows no credits used or remaining. I just wanted to make sure I was looking at the right area. Thank you. I will again send an email to support about the issue. Have a great day! 🙂
