      Hi everyone.

      i have been having alot of issues with my Amazon Sellers account. I tried calling Amazon Customer service which took so long then they gave me the run arounds, then i got disconnected etc etc. they are saying that many customers are complaining about connection and different glitches going on. Did anyone experience this where they (amazon) ask to change the Internet Provider?

      • If many sellers are having issues, why would changing your internet provider help? Seems like a lot to ask!

        • yeah! i thought it was odd but they are offering better payments. i said i have to think about that and let my husband beaware of it too. Does anyone have this issues? Thank you Shirley

          • Tina – there is absolutely NO reason to change your internet provider. This would have no bearing on your Amazon seller account.

            • Hi Adam i agree there is no reason to do that. i was trying to contact someone concerning my Amazon Sellers account. I saw some FBA fees and was making inquiries. Please be aware that i thought i was speaking to someone in Amazon But infact it had gone to another number and the guy said that Amazon has been having many issuess and the Best thing to do was change the provider. He was an imposter posing as a help center in Amazon!!. THANK GOODNESS i didnt proceed.
