Hi i have not had any Credits from the start. i have checked it but there is nothing there. can somebody clarify that please?.

IF your still within the unlimited credits time frame, on the IM community page select credits then credit history, from there click purchase history, you should then see the unlimited status from the purchased date to the expiry date.

Hi Bobby thank you for your reply. i do see it now. Its for the Prep Center usage?. Humm, i recall hearing about it but did not understand what it was for. I guess if we run out of the unlimited status we would need to buy it?.

@tinarule_102359 Yes when you run out of unlimited credits you have to buy them – or upgrade your plan. Thx.

Hi Tina. As an ELITE member you have four months of unlimited prep center credits. After that you will need to purchase prep credits or you also have the option of upgrading to a PRO member. I’d be more than happy to go into more detail on our next coaching session.😉

Thank you Melissa!. I definitely would like to hear more of those options pertaining to prep credits in the near future.
