If you’re in that unfortunate situation – gated inventory in transit – if it is a small order (not a pallet) sometimes you can redirect it with the shipper. It’s a headache nobody wants, for sure! Amazon especially does NOT like invoices from suppliers specializing in closeouts and liquidations. It’s best to get ungated with a regular wholesaler and then later add closeout deals.

Has prepping and sending inventory to Walmart from IM Mastery been considered? Walmart is increasing their gating but it is possible in some instances to sell inventory on Walmart that you can’t get ungated no matter how many times you submit a good invoice.
