      Happy Monday, folks. Here I am sharing my experience again. I hope I can share a more positive experience but in this busy season my troubles seem to be piling up. This is for fyi and I am asking for help from anyone who can help.

      Issue: My shipment disappeared once it left the Prep Center. Records indicate that the Prep Center shipped my product to Amazon and Amazon has shipment records indicating that they have received it but then they indicated that they cannot find the product.

      Does anyone had a similar experience? Please share how you resolved this.

      • More than likely it’s being moved by Amazon but occasionally they lose items and then they show up at a later time.
