After being ungated from a really good high-volume-fast selling product, I got a letter from someone who claims to be the brand manager of that product. she wanted me to take down my listing and threatened further action if I do not do as she bid me to do. I am still reeling from so many adverse events to my account in Amazon.

So that everyone will be informed and if anyone has similar experience, I am sharing here the ASINs of the products referred to:

The allegation is that “We only allow Authorized Reselleers to resell our products on marketplace platforms like Amazon.”

I will contact Amazon support about this because, it does not makes sense that Amazon will ungate me (which effectively authorizes me to be a reseller-the very essence of Retail Arbitrage) and someone will take it back.
So now: can Amazon gate you back after being ungated? Yes
Can a company gate you after Amazon ungates you? I do not know.

Any ideas how to resolve this are welcome.
