• This is not hapening. I never receive an email from the prep center, and I call the support service, they never answered. now, I had a product listed and autorized to sale. now i ordered them they are on the way to the prep center. now I want to send ithe information to the prep center, now I have a red notification saying that I should list first, while I did and was accepted. I want to know what is the issue? if we can return all my items stock in the prep center? I never received an Emal from the prep center to let me know what to do next. please need advice

      • If you followed the process and created a prep form before you ordered the items and sent them to the prep center than there’s nothing else to do. The Office and prep center is closed until January 5th.

        • Christelle – is there a reason you didn’t follow the process of creating a prep form BEFORE sending the item to the prep center. This is literally rule #1 of using the prep center. The prep center doesn’t email you unless there is an issue. Once you complete the prep form, then send in your items, the prep center doesn’t “tell you what to do next”. Happy holidays!
