Been out for long because of some issues with my account in Amazon. I got this threat of being deactivated unless I do something. It was a long back and forth. And along the way, I lost money sad to say.

Sorry to hear that Edgar. I think most of us have been there. Try to get back up and going. Stay persistent and pivot. It can be used as a write off. Part of the speed bumps in business. Keep at it and you’ll get back on track!!

@bobbyrachal_102265 Sorry for the late reply. The issue came from their so-called periodic ICA or something that is about international compliance. My LLC address is obviously different from my personal address and my place of business is also different. All these were previously verified but they want me to submit new documents. And I said , what new document do you need when you already verified these addresses previously. Naturally, I cannot make up new documents because nothing has changed. And so it went in circles, etc. Along the way most of my products became gated again and I lost a lot of money. They became stranded inventory and began to fill up my living room…:-(

Sorry Edgar! It seems that the quickest way for Amazon to get our attention when they want something is to threaten to deactivate listings or our entire accounts. Sometimes the issue is resolved quickly by providing what they want but it sounds like your situation was more complicated than that. I’m sure it was a stressful experience!
