I have 4 items that have been rejected by the prep center what do i do with those items?

What are the rejection reasons?
Have you received any emails from them?

Rejected because it was submitted more than 30 days ago per prep center policy

@roytallie_102531 Per the terms of the IM Prep Center – a plan is only valid for 30 days. So, you would need to resubmit a plan and notify the Prep Center that this has been done. Thx.

Just make new Prep forms quickly. If you haven’t gotten an email from the prep center, then they haven’t received your items.

What do you do when your products have arrived and you’ve received the email? I paid the admin fee and submitted a new prep form as they suggested and my products still have not shipped. The new prep form has been rejected as it is now past the 30 days.
