I have been dealing with Amazon since 3/19 about my account and now my account is suspended due to a customer complaint. The customer stated “poor item” but the irony is that this has been my most selling item and everyone else has stated “good quality.”
I had submitted my Walmart invoice with the item information, my Walmart credit card info with the sell price but it seems that is not enough for them. On top of that, Amazon is holding my payment until my account is activated again.
Is there any suggestion on how to deal with this issue since I don’t know what else to present to Amazon?

Send them whatever you have relating to the order. Shipping, tracking, etc. Send whatever you have associated with that ASIN.
