      Good morning!

      I was instructed by tech support to post this here.
      I prep 5 boxes total. 3 boxes were processed without any issues. The 4th had issues last night but got resolved this morning.
      The 5th box is where I am having issues. I used the same process as I did for the other boxes.
      The expiration date has been added and everything is shipped in one box, but it is asking for information for two boxes.

      • Hi Shirley – sorry for the confusion. You need to open a forum post and not a social feed post. There is no way to tell from your screenshot what your issue is – you need to provide all the screenshots and clarify. Most likely you will have to split the shipments as Amazon, for whatever reason, doesn’t like your configuration. Regardless, in the forum be specific with the issue – plans that have no issues are not relevant to help with what you need. Thx.
