Hi Staff Members,
I have one of my inventory that says STRANDED ,thus it is not for sale. It says requires either reactivating the listing or removing inventory.This was my good selling product and I want it to be reactivated. What do I do? Please help.

Reactivate your listing…. While on your central seller page click on manage all inventory and there should be a prompt on that listing to the far right that says fix listing. They’ll be an option to reactivate your listening.

The office and prep center is closed until January 5th. You can still order and have your items delivered.

Ana – with respect… please don’t take this the wrong way… if you watch the Saturday sessions (either live or via recording) you would know this. I only say it so you can make sure you have the most information as currently and accurately as possible. The office is closed until January 5th.

If you followed the process and created a prep form before you ordered the items and sent them to the prep center than there’s nothing else to do. The Office and prep center is closed until January 5th.

Christelle – is there a reason you didn’t follow the process of creating a prep form BEFORE sending the item to the prep center. This is literally rule #1 of using the prep center. Juliet, you are not alone. You need to keep trying, the more you try to ungate the more Amazon loves you. I have noticed that. My IPI has improved just for tryig to ungate, and even buying products with no profit has helped to the IPI increase which will help ungating.
