I have been having issues with listing also. It’s definitely coming from the Amazon side.

I noticed in my seller central that Amazon has change there layout. The delays seem to be from them doing updates to there system. I have had a delay of 1-2 days for a couple of listings, although some are only a few hours.

On Friday 10th i had issues with the IM connection. I could not attend the session because of it. On Sunday similar thing. I could not do my Amazon work because IM was down. Several others were having the same issue so it was not on my end. Thank goodness it is working now.

Amazon lost 20 units of a video game I ordered, and after an investigation, is reimbursing me $13.14 per unit. I paid $19.49 per unit and evidenced it with my wholesale invoice, so they are leaving me at a loss for thier mistake. Do I have any recourse?

I’m in need of some feedback. Someone made a claim that the product was counterfeit. I submitted all necessary documents, and the claim was cleared. During this process, Amazon had received my replenishment order and marked all units defective due to the claim. Do I have to do a removal order, then resend all the units back to the prep center…

More than likely, that’s what you need to do. You probably want to make sure they’re not stickered “damaged” or marked in any way.
