I have been dealing with Amazon since 3/19 about my account and now my account is suspended due to a customer complaint. The customer stated “poor item” but the irony is that this has been my most selling item and everyone else has stated “good quality.”
I had submitted my Walmart invoice with the item information, my Walmart credit card info…

Send them whatever you have relating to the order. Shipping, tracking, etc. Send whatever you have associated with that ASIN.

My BOLO deals are the same as last weeks and there is no countdown to say how long until new ones. I know there was an IT issue. Thanks for all of your hard work IM team

Once the prep center accepts it and starts working on it, you can check your Prep Center AI and see if it has been rejected or closed. Closed means they have been processed and shipped out to Amazon. Rejected may mean numerous things and will need to be corrected.
