Amazon lost 20 units of a video game I ordered, and after an investigation, is reimbursing me $13.14 per unit. I paid $19.49 per unit and evidenced it with my wholesale invoice, so they are leaving me at a loss for thier mistake. Do I have any recourse?

I’m in need of some feedback. Someone made a claim that the product was counterfeit. I submitted all necessary documents, and the claim was cleared. During this process, Amazon had received my replenishment order and marked all units defective due to the claim. Do I have to do a removal order, then resend all the units back to the prep center…

More than likely, that’s what you need to do. You probably want to make sure they’re not stickered “damaged” or marked in any way.

Does any one know why it takes so long for the listing be confirmed?
I have some that are anywhere from 16 days to 3 days old I have not bought the items
and sometimes I am unable to buy because the deal is not longer available.

It depends on what’s going on with Amazon. They’ve had some outages lately. Try listing the item again and see if you get confirmed the second time.

Am I compelled to carry the same selling price of other FBA sellers who are selling the same products which I want to sell ?

You can set your own prices but probably want to be competitive with other FBA sellers.
