If you followed the process and created a prep form before you ordered the items and sent them to the prep center than there’s nothing else to do. The Office and prep center is closed until January 5th.

Christelle – is there a reason you didn’t follow the process of creating a prep form BEFORE sending the item to the prep center. This is literally rule #1 of using the prep center. Juliet, you are not alone. You need to keep trying, the more you try to ungate the more Amazon loves you. I have noticed that. My IPI has improved just for tryig to ungate, and even buying products with no profit has helped to the IPI increase which will help ungating. I want to wish everyone that celebrates Christmas A very Merry Christmas & A Happy Prosperous New Year 2026!. If you do not celebrate it then Happy Holidays to You.
