My sister & I each can’t connect via adamvirgin.captainlou.com. I reset settings to allow pop-up etc but it won’t load. I’ve tried many times on 12-13 afternoon.

Hi Cheryl, it definitely works :). https://adamvirgin.captainlou.com – just tried it and it came up no problem. No pop up needed. Just open a new tab… copy and paste the URL. Takes you right to the virgin page. You’ll see this in the upper left, that’s how you know you’re in the right place.

I have a listing approved before and the product is now sold out. I bought 4 more to replenish and sent to Prep Center but to find out I have to request approval for this product. Why do I have to request again?
