I am sending a product to prep center from Walmart. When I placed my order with Walmart, it sent a message saying “due to previous issues delivering to your address, please add a gate or call box code.”
Anyone know what this means?

Apparently they had a problem with delivery because of a dog, or maybe somebody stole the merchandise. So they are asking you to install a gate. but “call box code” I don’t know what that would be. Good luck!

I created a prep center plan for one ASIN (5 units total), but I recently noticed that the supplier shipped 2 units with one carrier and 3 units with another.
Could you please advise if I should update or notify the prep center about this situation?

I know I can’t sell chocolate. But I was approved to sell a chocolate covered cookie. Is this also considered a no sell? 🤔 I am thinking no I can’t sell it, but I don’t want to skip it if I can sell it.

Hi Gilberto – why would we ever post something in the Community that isn’t legit? Yes it’s definitely a great add-on with valuable info. For max results make sure to get the Auto-Asin and Supplier lists as well. Let us know what you think after utilizing the info.

How do I delete BOLO Search deals? I have been hiding them after evaluation and now I have pages of hidden deals that really don’t need to be saved on a server somewhere. These are the deals where I’m gated, the sale has ended, the product is no longer available, the product is bulky (like a big screen TV), the deal was a UPC mismatch etc. …
