It has been 19 hours and Amazon still hasn’t approved an item that I am approved to sell.

It could be. It’s hard to know what’s actually happening although I’m not sure I understand what you are referring to. Can you be more specific?

I have an issue. I have bought a product and it is on its way to the prep center. For some reason the product is not available on Amazon (???). It is there when I look it up but not available to me any further. There seems to be an issue with the SKU. I need to know what to do if anybody can help.

Hi Sheila – if you have listed it and submitted a prep form, how can it not be available on Amazon? It would be impossible to answer with a lot more info. Thx.

If there is an issue with the SKU it typically means you can’t send it to Amazon for fba – which is why you can’t submit the prep form. When it gets delivered the prep center will send you an email to pay the admin fee and you can send in a return shipping label.

Why are you sorry to ask? THIS is the Social Feed. THIS is the IM Community. Everything is all here.. what is it that you feel you are missing by not having a FB Group? Just curious. And why do we need a FB Group when we have an IM Community Social Feed? This is so much better!

I have three orders that was to deliver Saturday or today. They said they couldn’t deliver and was returning it to the warehouse. Can I get the Prep Centers hours and days open, is there a gate and a code?

Hi Sheila – there is no gate. There is no code. The prep center is not open on the weekends… they are open normal business hours. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. And, the prep center is open today so it wouldn’t be possible for a delivery not to be made today. Hope that helps and congrats on your awesome progress!

HI. Need help pls. i accidently zoomed in here and now the text is so small that i cannot read anything. i cannot figure out how to zoom out to make the text normal.

In the upper right hand corner of your web you should see three dots (…) click on those and search for zoom. You can select larger by hitting the +.

Is anyone having issues with the Spyrivals X extension? When trying to use the Spyrivals X button on the Amazon site, its asking me to log in, in order to use the extension (see screenshot).

When I try to watch underground number two it says it’s coming on and then just switches back to number one. I have the basic paid in full and was told that I would be able to watch it. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Meva, the IG Underground #2 is in the COURSES section and you have access. I’ve doublechecked and it’s all there 🙂
