Hello, can i know if the support doesn’t reply about shipment status which i understand but if the quantity is not shown on Amazon as it was sent and submission ID turns into rejected in a month then what should we do however shipper provides the proof of delivery and some of them items show up on Amazon and rest is not!

Muhammad, whatever is received at the prep center is sent to amazon as long as there is an active plan. We covered this today during the live session. Thank you.

How is the Historical Data in Spyrivals compiled & is it Amazon or IM? I am looking at something that shows historical averages of $13 mo and $15 annual but the graph itself shows prices only ranging from $10-11 consistently. I use this information to make decisions regarding purchases and minimum-maximums for the Repricer. Thanks.

Historical data is based on Amazon sales and is not specific to SpyRivals.

Hello I am a lil stuck Im pretty sure I heard you can not purchase from Walmart and send to Pre Center but then Im sure I heard on later videos that you can, Can someone clear that up for me please

I have a “wiered” thing happened to my Prep Center shipment. The item was Ungated when I listed it. It is WARNER BROS branded video Game. (Screenshot attached). So I purchased it. Then I sent it to Prep Center.
When Prep Center tried to ship it to Amazon, I got a message from Prep Center that they cannot ship it to Amazon because it was gated.

Now what scares me is that I have Listed, bought and sent to Prep Center other video games (5 more games) that are Ungated when I bought them and now they are gated. I have similar screenshots when I did this process.

How does it work if we are buying from a retailer, and they say the delivery time will be on the weekend? I wasn’t sure how to handle this since the Prep center is open from 10AM-4Pm Mon-Fri. Thank you

Am I missing something? I have been ungated in a product brand with several different Asins. And SpyRival is red saying they are not selling at all on any of them and Keepa is saying they are selling per month about 4 in one and another is about 30 per month. Is something malfunctioning with Spy maybe?
