I went to the prep center to add a product, entered the ASIN and then was prompted to add a SKU. I cannot find a SKU for this product. What am I missing?

Hi Reagan, you have not waited long enough after listing the item for it to update. The SKU, once updated, is automatically populated when submitting a prep form. Thx.

HI I AM TRYING TO REPLENISH OR SUBMIT A PRODUCT BUT IT SAYS I DNT HAVE ENOUGH CREDITS, I ALREADY PURCHASED IT NOW FOR 50CREDITS..HOW CAN I KNOW IF I CAN USED IT NOW OR DO I OWE THE COMPANY! COZ I TRIED A COUPLE OF TIMES NOW TO SUBMIT BUT IT DIDNT WORK OUT!
IS THERE ANY OPTIONS WHERE I CAN HAVE UNLIMITED CREDITS RATHER THAN BUY EVERY TIME,..THANKS!

You can get more unlimited credits if you upgrade your IM Plan. Why all capital letters? Any issue with your keyboard? 🙂
If you purchase credits they become available until you use them.

Hello, Can i buy an item in packs of three (3 items in one pack) and send it to Prep Center to be unpacked so I can sell it individually?

Hi Edgar – you can’t do that. THe prep center won’t unpack and separate items. It will only bundle items. Thx.

How do I submit a RETURN LABEL for something due to arrive in 2 days to the Prep Center? Before my items even arrive at the prep center, Amazon has swooped in and lowered the price, which puts me in negative ROI. I know I need to pay an Admin Fee but that is much less than what I will lose by sending it to Amazon.

Hi Cheryl, just because the price is lower now does NOT mean it will be lower when the items arrive at amazon. This is very “reactive”. Anyway, you need to delete the plan, then pay the admin fee, then submit a return label. Please watch the video in the videos section on how to create a return label. Thx.

Can anyone comment if there are any pluses or minuses to B2B selling on Amazon, by adding business pricing? Are the fees the same in that market as they are on the general population in Amazon?
