  • There is an issue with your amazon account please fix the issue then resubmit products, I checked my Amazon account and I didnt see any issues but its not like I kno what Im looking for can some one help me please?

  • I submitted forms for two different products to the prep center, on 6/12 and 6/18 respectively. On tracking these products, it shows that they were delivered on 6/16 and 6/23 to the prep center and a photo of the back door to the prep center is displayed with the products there. I am wondering why the prep center open submissions to date…

    • Just wait. The prep center processes within 3-5 business days after arriving excluding weekends and holidays.

        ASIN is valid and active. Listed Products shows all checked ok.

        • Hi Cheryl if you look at the bar next to the comments you see a little graduation hat and hands clapping and you see a picture of a little video camera well click on the camera and that will open up the videos and there is a video to show you where to find the sku

        • A week ago I shared a post where Amazon citing a discrepancy in my listing. The units I listed where 12 and they located 9. Which means 3 are missing .In the post , I erroneously indicated 10 units, so I did not get an adequate answer as to how I can trace the 3 missing units. Some one please advice.

          • Merab – first, confirm the # that were sent to Amazon. If all 12 were sent to Amazon, you need to open a case with Amazon to find the missing units.
