Hi, I have just found an item that is in the red where the profit is $6.22 and the ROI is 35% now to make sure that the product is the right one I use the UPC from the website in SpyRivals lookup, now my problem is that on the bottom left on corner of the product it is a T and on the Amazon one it is RP so does that work out when I had used…

The item needs to match exactly Patrick – however you can use your judgement is the UPC code is the same.

HI Shirley – this message comes from Amazon when the items you are trying to submit to the prep center can not be sent to Amazon for fulfillment. You need to simply move on to another product. This isn’t a prep center issue as Amazon provides this data.
