Hi. I need assistance from the IM support team. I previously sent some questions via email to the Prep Center regarding my product that was sent there. However, I haven’t received any response yet.

Hi Nancy – the prep center doesn’t provide updates or support so you would not receive messages from the Prep Center unless they need you or have a question for them. Thx

Thank you Adam. If the Prep Center does not provide updates, how can I find out the status of the product delivered a month ago? I already created a submission form and listed the item on Amazon, but I don’t see any information in the Prep Center. It’s not showing under ‘Open Submissions’ or ‘Rejected Submissions’ either..

I am finding deals that are getting approved close to home. These will need to be shipped from my house. How do I go about getting and submitting to send Items to the prep center? I didn’t find any info under the forums. Is there a specific place this info is located? TIA

Joseph – what do you mean? If the items are being shipped to your house are you asking how to send the items to Amazon or how to ship a package to the prep center?

I have a product listed and approved on Amazon in white color. The product was sold to consumer. But I have more colors are available from source. Do I have to get approval /list from Amazon for different color ?-
Hi Pallavi – you can only list the colors as they appear on Amazon.

sorry that happened, just following. Good to learn about this as I am very new. Not sure there is much a person can do. On an expensive item like that or more it could be a hard pill to swallow.

You can have it sent back to you and see what condition it’s in. You can send it back to Amazon if it’s still new or if opened than you can sell on another platform. I sell my returns that are new but opened on ebay. 😉

i have been sick for a week. what is the best way to check on my inventory. on the positive note it is nice to have this business and get back to where you left off without having customers looking for you.lol even a boss looking for you.

You can track your inventory in the Prep Center AI open and closed submissions. You can also check inbounding status and pending orders on seller central in manage inventory.

Is there no way to still see the deals from Sunday that went away on Monday? got my first on Sunday and went through them all, but was not able to do much before Monday
