I’m feeling a little deflated today. I purchased items on Friday that came up green in Spyrivals & today they are red. Fortunately they had not shipped & I was able to cancel the order. What could I have done with the items if I wasn’t able to cancel the order & Spyrivals is now showing me that they aren’t selling?

Personally, I would’ve continue to send them in. If it was green last week more than likely it will be green again. Red doesn’t mean you wont sell any, you may still sell the 1 or 2 per month as indicated in Spyrivals. Don’t let the small stuff drag you down!😉

I have an ASIN I am researching, and the Amazon page it is listed on shows all FBA and FBM Sellers’ units as in a condition other than ‘New.’ The filter has no option for ‘New.’ Does this imply mean there are no sellers with new condition units? Or does it mean that any prospective sellers of new units are restricted from the ASIN?

Hey Chris – it certainly means there are no sellers who have the item in “new” condition – it could likely also mean Amazon doesn’t allow sellers to sell this in “new” condition. Without reviewing the listing, these are the only thoughts of what could be happening.

Have just received notice that my account is under investigation for counterfeit product claim. ASIN in question was sourced wholesale from well known distributor trusted by Amazon as far as I know and was shipped directly to FBA from the distributor. Have a video call scheduled next week with Amazon’s team. This is the first time my account…

Don there’s no way to know what you are in for however we always say that you should never have a wholesaler send your items to Amazon. People think it’s because we want you to pay to use the prep center – it’s actually to protect your account from situations like this. Good luck with the interview / keep us posted.

Interesteing results of my 2400 plus ungating. list
First 300 = 76 Approvals
Second 300 = 32 Approvals
Third 300 = 38 Approvals
Forth 300 = 42 Approvals
Fifth 300 = 43 Approvals
Sixth 300 = 42 Approvals
7th 300 = 35 Approvals
8th 300 = 70 Approvals
Last 21 = 3 Approvals
Edit videos = 33 Approvals
Total 414 of 2421
Now I have 414 Approvals to research

This is great Wayne. Everyone should do this and see how their business grows. For Underground 2025 members we should discuss the best ways to capture the approved ASIN’s.

How to fix stranded inventory CREATE NEW LISTING. I searched on Community page but can’t find information. I do everything through IM so instructions on my Seller Central are not clear to me. I have 8 items (one ASIN). Do I create a new prep form even though I am not sending in merchandise?

Since the items are ‘Stranded’ all you will need to do is follow the instructions that Amazon has given you and you can get it relisted on your account in no time

Cheryl, last week I provided this response to this question. Here it is again:
If you have Stranded Inventory in your Amazon Seller Central account, it means your products are in an FBA warehouse but are not actively listed for sale due to an issue. Resolving this quickly is important so you can get your items selling again.
