I understand and you were clear about that in the session 2 weeks ago. Going forward I won’t be able to ship from Walmart anymore unless there is a way to leave instructions for delivery. I would appreciate it If you could let me know…

Eugene – if you click reply the message stays with the original message. The prep center does not provide updates – if/when the items are processed you will see updates within your IM Account. Whether or not you choose to use walmart is a decision you have to make.

I found out that Amazon has Gated me on an Un-Gated Item. Which shipping service best for IM Return Shipping? IE: USPS / UPS? I have never purchased a On Line Shipping Label and then Emailed that Label. Any advice?

Mufutau it sounds like Amazon re-gated you. You would need to relist your item and then submit a new form. You are getting the prep center error because Amazon gives the item. It could also be hazmat. The point is that if you are getting the error amd you can’t submit a form the prep center can’t send the item to Amazon 🙁

Walmart delivered a package today at 5:27 PM.
I don’t know if they delivered it to the the front door or the back door.
I am attaching a screen shot that was taken where the package was left.

Hey Eugene – please be aware that the prep center is not responsible for packages left after hours. If it’s there tomorrow the team will bring it in. Obviously we hope that is the case. Since it’s after hours it doesn’t really matter which door (if that’s even our door) it was left at.

Typically Cheryl, Closed means it has arrived at Amazon. Shipped means it’s on the way to Amazon.

I have ordered several sets of an item where 1 unit has 8different items in it, each with their own UPC barcode. I am not approved to sell all of the8 items but am approved to sell 6 of them. You can send in to the prep center whatever it is that you are approved to sell.

You bought it as a pack of 8 from EE but they can be sold as a single ASIN since they all had their own UPC. So list the ones on Amazon that you are approved for and send them back to the prep center or send to Amazon yourself.
