Listed product taking too long to have the check marks
Hello, my name is Daniel. I am starting on this journey. I have listed couple of items. However, last night I listed an item and it never cleared with the checkmarks. This morning I went to check again, and it had not cleared. I checked again at lunch time; and finally when I just checked a few minutes ago it shows the same status. I am posting this here since I don’t know if that normally happens sometimes. Please advise. Thanks in advance for your help. Blessings.

Hi Daniel – sometimes Amazon gets “stuck”. Sometimes it takes 90 minutes and other times it can take up to 24 hours. If you don’t see the results after 24 hours, list the item again. Hope that helps. Thx

Hello, I resubmitted the listing this morning. At noon I had a step forward, because the listing was confirmed. However, as of right now, the prep center submission is not ready and I see a message that I don’t know what it means. Please, advise. Thanks in advance and blessings.

Hi Daniel – this error message comes from Amazon. It states that the item is “not available for inbound” which means it can not be sent to the prep center OR to amazon for fulfillment. Therefore, you would skip the item and move on to another one. This is why we submit the form before purchasing the inventory. Thx – have a great day!
