• IMC App Issue

    Hello: I subscribed to the IMC App for my iPhone yesterday and have not been able to login. I can only type my email address, the password and all other areas are grey out and won’t allow me to type anything. Yesterday morning I contacted tech support and sent them the screenshot they requested, but have not yet received any response and still can’t login. Please assist. Thanks, Jenny

    Hi Jenny – you don’t have the latest version of the App. The latest version is 1.8 – you have 1.7. You need to download the latest version. Thx
