How can I have access to the underground recordings?

This is not a “tech support” issue. To get UG recordings you have to purchase them. Thx.

I purchased them, I was watching them live, but I never had access to the recordings.
I would like to watch them again.
I reached out a couple of times before regarding to that, but I Still can’t access to them.

what about does who have purchased the underground but have not yet received the recording?

This is not an IT issue either….. You will not receive recordings. They will be in your COURSES if they were purchased. If they are not there, then please email support or call the support hotline. Thank you.

Hi Melissa. I contacted support couple weeks ago. I was told they will talk to the developers. Not sure, why.
Send an e-mail. I did. Multiple times.
Still nothing.
It is frustating, and disappointing

I understand my problem is not an IT issue. I contacted several times to support, and got nothing but promises.
And I still have no access to the recordings.
So my question is, who can solve my problem???
