I purchased them, I was watching them live, but I never had access to the recordings.

I would like to watch them again.

I reached out a couple of times before regarding to that, but I Still can’t access to them.

This is not an IT issue either….. You will not receive recordings. They will be in your COURSES if they were purchased. If they are not there, then please email support or call the support hotline. Thank you.

Hi Melissa. I contacted support couple weeks ago. I was told they will talk to the developers. Not sure, why.

Send an e-mail. I did. Multiple times.

Still nothing.

And I still have no access to the recordings.

So my question is, who can solve my problem???
