Rejected due to Configuration Issues
I need help trying to figure out why my last 3 submitted items were rejected. It is saying Configuration Issues but I contacted Amazon and they said there are no issues with my Amazon Configuration.. Please help me.. Those 3 items are at the Prep Center waiting. I also refreshed IM.

I’m trying so hard to get this issue solve. I need to know if my items are still at the Prep Center, how do I go to pay for administrative fees, how do I get the weight and size of box to create label for Prep Center to send me the items back. Amazon is taking forever to fix my issue.

Hello Maria V did you get this situation figured out if so could you help me and tell me how do I get the size of my package sent to the Prep Center from a source that I would like to do the label to have it sent back to me?
