I always use the Repricer. I am having a problem that Amazon has not been showing price decreases from the Repricer and my IPI keeps getting lower because of “excess inventory” where it shows my price as too high. I have been checking daily and even updating the Repricer. What else can I do??

Cheryl as I’ve previously mention, if you have a tech issue you need to open a forum post and provide detailed screenshots. We can’t answer general questions like this in the feed. Thx.

Anyone else having an issue with NO historical data on products on Spyrivals? I haven’t seen it before where EVERY item I get approved for has NO historical data….which makes it difficult to decide whether to purchase.
-
I’m new to IM but My guess would be that the item you are looking at would not have been sold before on AZ. Just a guess….

Hi Cheryl – sorry for the delay in responding. I’ve checked and can’t replicate the error. Do you have a specific error? FYI – in the future could you post tech support as a forum post with screenshots so we can best assist? Thank you!

I use the repricer as instructed by Adam, so how do I handle this message in STRANDED INVENTORY on Seller Central? “Potential Low Pricing Error/ Fix Pricing”?? I’m sure others have had this question also…
-
Cheryl, that “Potential Low Pricing Error / Fix Pricing” message in Stranded Inventory means Amazon believes your listed price may be too low based on their internal pricing thresholds (often compared to historical prices, MSRP, or recent competitive prices). Yes, you set the minimum pricing in the RePricer, however if Amazon flags the item…

The ASD Trade Show site is showing hotel room options for the August show. When will we find out hotel option for Internet Mastery?
-
Within the next 45 days Cheryl, we’ll have an update on the venue. There will be a room block so the pricing will still be great.

How to fix stranded inventory CREATE NEW LISTING. I searched on Community page but can’t find information. I do everything through IM so instructions on my Seller Central are not clear to me. I have 8 items (one ASIN). Do I create a new prep form even though I am not sending in merchandise?

Hi Cheryl,
Since the items are ‘Stranded’ all you will need to do is follow the instructions that Amazon has given you and you can get it relisted on your account in no time

Cheryl, last week I provided this response to this question. Here it is again:
If you have Stranded Inventory in your Amazon Seller Central account, it means your products are in an FBA warehouse but are not actively listed for sale due to an issue. Resolving this quickly is important so you can get your items selling again.
Step-by-Step Process…

On Prep Center Ai, what is the difference between “closed” and “shipped” ?
-
Typically Cheryl, Closed means it has arrived at Amazon. Shipped means it’s on the way to Amazon.

In the videos category, there are 2 videos by Adam so far. Is it possible to add a title, label or something to let us know what the videos pertain to? Thanks.
-
Hi Cheryl, yes that is the plan and it’s the reason more videos haven’t been added. HOWEVER if you simply search this feed you will get any content related to your inquiry. You can do that at the top of the feed.
