How long do I wait before submitting a refund request to Walmart for something delivered to Prep Center but the Prep Center says it has not been received? Walmart sent Proof of Delivery for Jan 29, a weekday, but as of Feb 20, the Prep Center does not show it as Received. I don’t even know if Walmart will issue a refund if they say it WAS delivered.

Do it now. Most likely the left it outside during non- business hours and it “disappeared”. The delivery person is not making sure it is delivered properly.

Hi Cheryl
I found it easy to get refund if it is sold and shipped by Walmart .If it is sold by third party you should contact Walmart immediately and contact seller via Walmart. I always leave footnote after purchasing that the driver should Not leave items at the door but to go into Prep Center office. Hope it helps.

My sister & I each can’t connect via adamvirgin.captainlou.com. I reset settings to allow pop-up etc but it won’t load. I’ve tried many times on 12-13 afternoon.

Hi Cheryl, it definitely works :). https://adamvirgin.captainlou.com – just tried it and it came up no problem. No pop up needed. Just open a new tab… copy and paste the URL. Takes you right to the virgin page. You’ll see this in the upper left, that’s how you know you’re in the right place.

Should I do anything if one of my items is listed in Seller Central as EXCESS INVENTORY but I am listed on Amazon as 2nd & 3rd lowest price seller? Repricer is set.

On Spyrivals is there a way to go back in the historical data to see seasonal trends for a product? What is showing right now doesn’t show data from last year’s holiday season.

Its all there Cheryl. Click on Spyrivals Lookup then click on the title and you will see historical data. 😉

Is it the time of year when we CAN send in meltables to PREP CENTER? Amazon message said Amazon is accepting meltables.

I placed 2 orders for the same product and both orders show up in Prep Center. However, only ONE order shows up in Listed Products. Do I need to do something to avoid an Admin Fee?

Hi Cheryl. An admin fee only applies if the item shows up at the prep center without a prep form in place. It is not dependent on how many times it appears in your LISTED PRODUCTS. 😉

Cheryl – listed products has nothing to do with how many orders you place for that product.

We can’t send glass to the Prep Center. Can we send handheld or small mirrors?

I wouldn’t advise it. Don’t forget it has to be shipped to the prep center then shipped to Amazon and then shipped to the customer without any breakage.😉

What does it mean – or how do I list it – when Sprivals says I need approval, but Amazon says I can sell mine NEW?

Hi Cheryl, usually when amazon states “sell yours new” wait just a few minutes and refresh then you will have the option to list with spyrivals . I’ve seen take 15 minutes or so before the application clears.

The live events with Adam are always full of more information and opportunities than I can act on. I finally started working with Chatgpt today for my dreaded accounting issues.
