Hi Roy i just saw your post. Please go to Videos in the Community . Its right at the bottom and click on it . You will see all videos then select Replenish Inventory and watch it. your Prep Form is found in the Prep Center AI. Cheers!

Make sure you have a prep form in place before your item arrives at the prep center.

Hi Roy – are you referring to rejected items at the prep center? If so, you would simply pay an admin fee to the prep center and then provide a return label. Best to email the prep center for more info. Thx so much.

When I’ve had that happen to me, I will go to ‘Google Search’ and see which other stores may carry the item.

I just found out that there is no longer an e library which is why we couldnt find it.
