I received a negative review about the package arriving too long to received;much longer than originally informed. It’s FBA.
What steps can I take to handle it?

Shirley – if the item is fulfilled by Amazon they will automatically cancel out the negative review. There’s nothing you need to do. This is one of the many benefits of FBA.

Missing products in repricer list
I noticed a couple of my products are not listed in repricer product list but they are in listed products. I listed them through spyrival so I have the im in the beginning of the sku number. I have tried to use the filter to search by ASIN, SKU and name but its not coming up.

I’m sending more of this MSKU#. I have the item active in my account but it’s giving me an error today and could not add to my shipment.

I noticed that nothing gets logged on open submissions like before. So whenever I encountered issues when creating shipments like no data is available, etc. When I hit go back everything gets deleted and I have to start all over again.

Good morning!
I was instructed by tech support to post this here.
I prep 5 boxes total. 3 boxes were processed without any issues. The 4th had issues last night but got resolved this morning.
The 5th box is where I am having issues. I used the same process as I did for the other boxes.
The expiration date has been added and everything is shipped…-
Hi Shirley – sorry for the confusion. You need to open a forum post and not a social feed post. There is no way to tell from your screenshot what your issue is – you need to provide all the screenshots and clarify. Most likely you will have to split the shipments as Amazon, for whatever reason, doesn’t like your configuration. Regardless, in…

I signed up for repricer this morning. Now I notice that most of the prices in my inventory are missing. Does it have something to do with that?

Hi Shirley. When using the repricer for the first time it’s going to take 24 hours for all the data to sync. When used properly you should only update your prices in the repricer – and not on Amazon :-). The repricer is next level greatness!

Thanks Adam! Expiry date have been added to all products but still the same. I’ll try again later.

I’ve been trying to create a shipment plan for the last 3 hours. I have deleted and created another one but I still keep getting this message.

I had the same issue today. I figured it’s Amazon issue. I listed the product in Amazon and it worked.
