      Hello Everyone

      I need help in understanding why my items was rejected I listed an item that was ungated for me and I waited until I got all 3 green check marks before purchasing items I sent in a prep form. When the items arrived I received an rejection unable to sale due to not being a brand representative. I went back to SpyRival and it still shows ungated. There is nothing stating unable to sale due to brand

      How can I know that it will be rejected if show ungated?

        Hi Teresa, Just because you are ungated doesn’t mean that other restrictions don’t apply. The error code doesn’t appear until the shipment is created.
