      I’m in need of some feedback. Someone made a claim that the product was counterfeit. I submitted all necessary documents, and the claim was cleared. During this process, Amazon had received my replenishment order and marked all units defective due to the claim. Do I have to do a removal order, then resend all the units back to the prep center for reprocessing?

      • More than likely, that’s what you need to do. You probably want to make sure they’re not stickered “damaged” or marked in any way.
