I have been having issues with listing also. It’s definitely coming from the Amazon side.

I noticed in my seller central that Amazon has change there layout. The delays seem to be from them doing updates to there system. I have had a delay of 1-2 days for a couple of listings, although some are only a few hours.

it looks like they are changing, but you can still use the old way . there is a little button on the right hand side on top, you can take to the old way. hope it helps
