I placed an Order on the 4th of August and it was submitted successfully and Delivery was on the 10th of August to the Prep Center. I checked Prep Center AI and no acknowledgement that the item has been shipped. It is the 17th today. I did send an email to Melissa but have not heard back. The company wants feedback and it is over a week now. Could Support get back to me please?.
