Just information I need to reorder one of the dvds I have been selling I did not check to make sure that I could still sell before I brought item. I also most ended up with inventory I could not sell Lucky I was able to cancel my order before shipment My lesson learned check before reordering

Morning I am trying to use Lister AI for list a item on Ebay After filling out the form hit the submit tab
I get an message ACCESS DENIED Anyone able to lead me in the right direction to correct this

Hi Teresa! You can not list on ebay from Lister AI. You create your listing and then copy/paste it on ebay. Maybe tune into Adam on Saturdays and review the sessions. He’s done quite a few trainings on this topic. Thanks.

I need help in understanding why my items was rejected I listed an item that was ungated for me and I waited until I got all 3 green check marks before purchasing items I sent in a prep form. Hi Teresa, Just because you are ungated doesn’t mean that other restrictions don’t apply. The error code doesn’t appear until the shipment is created.

I have received this message “This product is not eligible to use manufacturer barcode as you are not identified as the brand representative for this product in Amazon brand registry: This product must be removed from the shipment plan. “

good morning
Does any one know why it takes so long for the listing be confirmed?
I have some that are anywhere from 16 days to 3 days old I have not bought the items
and sometimes I am unable to buy because the deal is not longer available.

It depends on what’s going on with Amazon. They’ve had some outages lately. Try listing the item again and see if you get confirmed the second time.
